Hi, I'm Allyn!
I've felt the same way too. I developed this program fifteen years ago to help myself stop the incessant negative self-talk and lack of self-esteem I had suffered with my entire life.
I dedicated myself to a year of deep study on the mind body connection and tried each of the practices and tools I discovered. After twelve months this had caused such a deep transformation within me, I just had to share!
The first year I used what I call Your Essential Self and the YES methodology I let go of depression, fear, anxiety and hopelessness I'd been experiencing since 9/11.
Next, I used YES to focus on ending my lifelong battle with disordered eating, food obsession and body dysmorphia. I continued with this personal focus as I taught the course to friends, students and clients over the next few years. I'm so grateful that those huge issues are gone from my experience to this day!
Then, while working a full time job as well as working with my two passionate hobbies (teaching yoga and coaching small groups through my YES Course) I decided to use my system to transform my side-hustles into full time gigs. I’ve been coaching hundreds of lovelies through their transformational journeys ever since!

a 12-week coaching experience that creates mental, emotional and physical clarity, balance and strength.
We dive right in by identifying your Hi-Story, then introduce you to yourself as a physical, energetic, emotional and mental being. You’ll learn three important Universal Laws and a bit about how the brain works and impacts your habits. You’ll set an intention for the rest of your course, and agree to some ground rules that will ensure your success. Week one includes a yoga, breathwork and meditation practice to help you embody the material learned. And we end the first week with a group coaching session so you have the opportunity to ask questions, meet others going through the same transformation process, listen and learn more, or share.
This week you learn about the word as energy, vibration and a creative force. You will hold a personal releasing ceremony, and then have the opportunity to rewrite your Hi-Story into something totally new. We go deeper into the importance of balancing the brain, building neural pathways and neural connections. You will enjoy a guided meditation for peacefulness as well as your weekly yoga practice to embody the wisdom you’re learning. We end week two with your group coaching session to help you get clear and motivated.
Now that you understand why, we begin your brain retraining program by reviewing how the training program works and how to practice the first two brain training techniques. This week you will learn about subtle energies through the lens of ancient yogic philosophy and universal law. This week’s material includes a gorgeous guided breathing experience for emotional balance, as well as a full yoga practice to use throughout the week. Week three culminates with group coaching so you can share, ask questions and explore the material more deeply.
Week four we talk frankly about the power of the word (spoken and unspoken) and you will begin practicing to speak the words of your new hi-story. We check in about your habit change experiment started in week one and introduce the concept of your YEScrow account. Your brain retraining program proceeds with rebooting and visualization techniques, and you’ll learn more about subtle energies, universal law and will begin to create your very own vision board. As each week does, you receive a complete yoga practice and will receive the support you need in your group coaching session.
This week is all about feeling good, really, about how important feeling is good to creating goodness in your life. You will begin to write a book, your book of YES, and will gain an understanding of how to connect with and appreciate your essential self. Brain retraining continues with a focus on finding pleasure and working out your brain. You’ll get to know the three energetic locks in your body, philosophically and physically, and learn another crucial universal law. After a wonderfully healing guided meditation, you have a yoga practice at your fingertips. Wrap up the week with an opportunity to get coached on anything that may be tripping you up in your weekly group coaching session.
Week six uses the topic of food as a tool for self-inquiry. You will uncover what your beliefs about food are, how they were formed, what they do for you, and whether or not it is possible to change them. Your brain retraining program this week includes repetition, rerouting and putting on the brakes, which you will experience through the included yoga practice. This week you learn divine spiritual wisdom, ancient mysticism that includes the universal pyramid and higher astrology, and you’ll discover what your primary planetary influence is, what that means, and how to work with this information. Utilize your group coaching session to clarify anything you are confused about and to practice applying the tools learned so far.
As we begin the second half of the program, you’ll use the topic of fitness as the glasses to look through for self-discovery. You’ll have the chance to rewrite your body, health and fitness story so you can begin to move in a different way and a new direction. Your brain retraining program this week works on your pleasure arc, limbic system and prefrontal cortex. You’ll hear about the three main energy channels in your body, and experience how to work with them through this week’s yoga practice. Take advantage of group coaching to ask questions or share an awareness or a breakthrough you have had this week!
All human beings have a natural resistance to change. This week we tackle one of the biggest excuses that many use unconsciously to stay stuck and not live into their desired potential…time. You’ll use a tool to discover how you are using or losing your time, and then create a conscious schedule that serves you and your goals better. Brain training continues with laser focus and mindfulness, and you will learn the basics about the universal law of timing. Starting at the root, you’ll learn about the lower three energy centers in the body, and you’ll be guided through and experience an advanced breathing technique that powerfully assists with moving energy, removing blockages and making things happen. Your eighth group coaching session is the perfect time for you to speak up and receive what you need, if you haven’t taken the opportunity to do so yet.
Aaahh, week nine is the perfect time to learn how to allow what you desire to find you! You’ll do so with two different guided meditation practices, perhaps learn a new way to meditate by experiencing two forms of Jaap/Japa meditation. First, a mantra meditation that removes mental, emotional and physical negativity and blockages, and then my variation of one of my favorite meditations by the late Dr. Wayne Dyer. You’ll have some fun with your brain training program, which takes a turn with three neuro-regulating techniques this week. We move up the physical body with your next two subtle energy centers or chakras, which are incorporated into your weekly yoga practice. Group coaching is your time to gain clarity, ask questions, request support, or just go with the flow, listen and learn from your peers.
Wow, ten weeks in and you are well on your way to the new you, thanks to your commitment and connection with your essential self! We have laid the groundwork for true and lasting change by rewiring your brain, identifying and adjusting your beliefs, and through your discovery of the power of your energy frequency. Now it’s time to take action, to set goals and to play a game to move towards them. We continue with three more brain training and regulating exercises and another yoga practice that will include what you’ll learn this week about the higher energy centers in your body. Your group coaching session is the best way to ensure you are playing this week’s game correctly, so be sure to ask if you need guidance.
This week sets you up for continued success after this course is over, so you don’t get tripped up or end up giving up if a setback shows up. You’ll practice the last four brain regulation exercises in this course as well as a tool to help you get back up quickly in the chance you find yourself in an old negative pattern. We continue with a bit more yoga philosophy, and of course you get a yoga practice that will incorporate the material learned. Now is the time to think forward, plan for your ongoing success by making the most of your second to last group coaching session in the course.
You’ve learned the most important universal truths and have had time to practice and apply them in the form of many different tools and techniques. We take a look back, this week, to really appreciate and celebrate how far you have come in twelve short weeks, since repetition is one of the best exercises to rewire your brain. This week is all about celebrating your growth, breakthroughs and achievements, big and small, as another tool to train the brain and cause that high vibe state of feeling good. We discuss how to best maintain your YES success, and after a joyful yoga practice, we’ll get together for our final group coaching session of the program.

What if I can't make the live calls?
You will have access to all the recordings of the coaching calls if you can't make it live. You also have access to our private Facebook group where you can leave your questions or feedback and I'll address them in the call for you.
When does the course start and finish?
The coaching calls start July 2! Once you purchase the program you'll have access to the first recorded session and new content will be released every week, so you have plenty of time to complete the coursework before our coaching calls.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. *Coaching calls are held live during the 12 week course to answer your specific questions, access to those recordings are yours forever.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after having done all recorded sessions, completed all knowledge application and practice assignments, attended and participated fully in every coaching session, but see no benefit from the course ~ contact us immediately following the last coaching session and we will give you a full refund of the course fee. How much yoga experience do I need to have to take this course?
None! The yoga practices in this course are made for all level of students, from beginner to advanced. You will be encouraged to always go at your own pace, and to modify or skip absolutely anything that doesn't work for your body or ability level. We've had students do the practices seated in a chair the entire time, simply doing the breathwork, and the arm and leg movements they could. They felt very satisfied, while still challenged, and received all of the benefits the practice offered - just as the students who followed exactly as the teacher guided.
I'm an advanced yogi, is this course for me?
Absolutely! We imagine you will enjoy reviewing the Yoga Philosophy as much as we always do! And, we imagine you will learn quite a bit, as Allyn has studied and been teaching several lineages of yoga for over a decade. The yoga practices in this course are made for all level of students, from beginner to advanced. Classes include deeply powerful breathwork, that even the most advanced asana practitioners and athletes find challenging. You will be encouraged to always go at your own pace, and to modify absolutely anything to make each practice serve you best.
