This is a short, hour long mini-course that will teach you why a strong, flexible and balanced brain is key to creating true and lasting change in your life. You'll take a quiz that will show you how your brain is doing at handling your life's load. And Allyn will guide you through a short breathing practice to stimulate your brain and refresh your mind.
Your Instructor
Allyn Cioban is a Mind-Body Mentor who uses Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Vibration, Mindfulness, Brain Retraining, Affirmations, and many other powerful tools to help her students live a vibrantly healthy and happy life.
She enjoyed very successful careers as an Entertainment Marketing Producer and then a Development Executive in the nonprofit sector, prior to her current role as an ambassador for your spiritual healing and physical wellbeing. She knows from personal experience how the demands of ones work life, and life in general, can take a toll on the mind, spirit and body.
Allyn’s goal is to help you reconnect with Your Essential Self, so you can move beyond fear, self-doubt, lack and anxiety, and into empowered self-love. Through clearly guided physical and spiritual practices, Allyn will lead you through the transformation process, assisting you with increased self-awareness and heightened consciousness.
Certified in Vinyasa, SmartFLOW, Sukshma Vyayama, Shakti Naam, Naam Therapies, Yin, and Restorative yoga; Allyn is known as a master teacher and a teachers trainer. Her ability to see and sense what each student needs, along with her expert knowledge of the physical body and subtle/sacred benefits of the practices she teaches, allows her to lead classes and courses with great clarity, alignment and precision. Her students find this deeply motivating and spiritually nourishing.
